Nirupama DB

Nirupama DB is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She has more than seven years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant. She was earlier associated with
Price Waterhouse & Co LLP and prior to that with
Mohinder Puri & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Commencing with International Taxation and Audit, later she has specialized in the field of Transfer Pricing.

At APDB, she handles clients extensively on matters relating to direct taxes compliance and litigation, GST/ Service Tax Litigation, ROC compliances, Food licensing, etc.

Abhishek Pawan

Abhishek Pawan is a qualified chartered accountant and has more than 7 years of experience as a chartered accountant. He has secured in depth knowledge in the field of business restructurings and financial modelling during his time with KPMG.

At APDB and Company, he heads the GST team and statutory company and tax audit team. In his leisure time, he loves playing cricket and reading books.
