Partner, Transfer Pricing Lead
CA Nirupama DB
CA Nirupama D B is a co-founder and partner at A P D B & Company. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, DISA certified professional, and holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from the University of Delhi.
She completed her articleship in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing at Mohinder Puri & Co., Chartered Accountants, Delhi, gaining exposure to cross-border tax and regulatory matters. Post qualification, she worked in the Transfer Pricing practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), advising multinational clients on benchmarking studies, documentation, and intercompany pricing.
She brings diverse experience across Transfer Pricing, direct tax advisory, trust and not-for-profit matters, income tax return compliance, audit, and related litigation, including representation before ITAT and CIT(A).
At APDB & Company, she leads the Transfer Pricing and advisory practice, overseeing complex assignments across India and UAE engagements. She is known for her technical strength, litigation experience, and practical, solution-oriented approach to tax and regulatory issues, supported by technology-driven processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.

CA Abhishek Pawan
CA Abhishek Pawan is co-founder and partner at A P D B & Company. He has over ten years of progressive experience spanning equity research, financial modelling, business valuation, and independent practice. A graduate of Ramjas College, Delhi University, he qualified as a CA in 2016 and has since built a practice that is deeply rooted in technical rigour and client-centric advisory.
As Partner of APDB & Company, he leads engagements across GST advisory, GST litigation, statutory audits, and financial compliance. His practice has a distinctive focus on two emerging areas: GST litigation and dispute resolution, and serving as a Virtual CFO for startups —helping early-stage ventures design robust accounting infrastructure, financial controls, and MIS frameworks from the ground up.
A forward-thinking practitioner, Abhishek is actively integrating Artificial Intelligence into his practice — automating reconciliations, compliance workflows, and client reporting — with the goal of building one of the region’s most technology-enabled CA firms.
